Jule Salem is a connection-first leadership expert, podcast host, and 8-figure founder of Salem Solutions - a small business specializing in high-volume staffing & workforce solutions for government and commercial contact centers. Over the past 15 years, Jule has become known for scaling mission-driven teams that serve federal agencies such as the Defense Health Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and Veterans Affairs. Her podcast, Dialing In, explores how leaders can foster belonging and performance in today's workplace.
Before launching Salem Solutions, Jule founded and ran True Ledgers, an entrepreneurial accounting firm she started at just 25. Earlier in her career, she held finance and accounting leadership roles with major corporations, including Coca-Cola, XPO Logistics (Segmentz), and Hovnanian Enterprise- earning her MBA from the University of Tampa while working full-time.

A passionate advocate for people and performance, Jule is recognized for helping organizations improve business results and staff engagement through connection-first leadership. She frequently speaks at conferences and professional events, including the Tampa HR Summit and ANN TAYLOR'S Workplace Attire Series. She has been featured on podcasts such as Ready, Set, Startup and The Business of Life Masterclass.
An active community leader, Jule serves on multiple boards, including the City of Tampa Mayor's Alliance for Persons with Disabilities, the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, and the University of Tampa Board of Fellows. Together with her husband, Richard, she also launched the University of South Florida Honors College Salem Scholars Grand Challenge, a philanthropic initiative supporting future leaders. Jule has spent nearly two decades balancing entrepreneurship and impact-growing her company 5X, juggling a portfolio of six businesses simultaneously, and serving as CFO for Enable America for 16 years.
